Unsere Sportler:innen des Jahres
Alljährlich werden in Österreich die “Sportler:innen des Jahres” gewählt, die heimischen Sportjournalist:innen der Vereinigung von Sports Media Austria zeichnen dafür verantwortlich. Seit dem Jahr 2001 werden in diesem Rahmen auch die Special-Olympics-Sportler:innen des Jahres ausgezeichnet:
